Diane Comeau is a native of Fairisle, New Brunswick, and has lived in Montreal for several years.

Her interest in what we call artistic creation is first and foremost one of personal discovery and sharing. For several years, she has been harvesting sea-polished glass from the shores of Baie-des-Chaleurs, using it to create mosaics.  Sometimes these mosaics take the form of everyday objects, and at other times of paintings.

She also paints in ink, borrowing from pointillism.  These meditative artistic practices fit in well with her vision of the world.
